Proceedings of the VII Annual Meeting of the UNAM University Environmental Program, focused on the oceans as a food and environmental resource. It brings together contributions on ocean sustainability, the role of the sea in food security, marine and coastal ecosystems, marine biodiversity, and national and international policies for the sustainable management of marine resources.
